Account Description
The Sólido Business account allows collective entities and equivalent entities to start a commercial relationship with Banco Sólido in order to support their growth as well as assist in presenting solutions that meet the business's needs.
The client Empresa Sólido will have the opportunity to engage with a Bank that, in addition to offering quality Products and Services, presents itself as a Consultant in order to create business opportunities and advise the client on how to invest while considering the growth of their brand.
Documents required to open a Sole Proprietor account:
- Letter requesting account opening and specifying the terms of operation;
- Commercial registration certificate;
- Permit;
- Valid Identification Document (ID card, Passport, or DIRE);
- Proof of residence of the legal representatives (Neighborhood Declaration, Water or Electricity Bill, Cable TV, Internet);
- Company's NUIT Number;
- Official Gazette of the Republic;
- Meeting Minutes;
Documents required to open accounts for Commercial Companies or Equivalent Entities:
- Letter requesting the opening of the Sólido Empresa account, indicating the currency and the account signatories;
- Updated certificate from the Registry of Legal Entities, issued less than 90 days before the account opening date;
- Valid license for carrying out the Activity, updated if applicable;
- Articles of association of the company (or entity) published in the Official Gazette;
- Proof of the entity's Unique Tax Identification Number (NUIT);
- Identification of the members of the management bodies, namely, directors, managers, and executives, using a Registration Certificate or the entity's bylaws. If this information is not included in these documents, it may be obtained from the Minutes of the General Meeting and/or another competent body of the Entity where the appointment is made;
- Identification of holders of significant stakes (representing share capital or voting rights equal to or greater than 10%) Not required if such information is included in the company's bylaws and/or registry;
- Proof of address of the entity;
- Updated proof of residence of the subscriber issued less than 90 days before the account opening date (Neighborhood Declaration, water or energy bill in the client's name, among others);
- Subscriber and company owner's identification document (ID card, Passport, DIRE, Other);
- Proof of the Tax Identification Number (NUIT) of the legal representative;
- If the account holder is not an administrator or manager of the company, they must present a Minutes or equivalent document from the Board of Directors or another competent body of the company, or an equivalent document, which must be signed and notarized.
- Power of attorney, if applicable, signed by the person(s) authorized to bind the company, according to the respective bylaws, notarized, and with an explicit indication of the capacity in which the principals grant it, in accordance with the company's bylaws.
